Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases from thebeast in Canada and to the Beast Health products offered on this store.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after the product is delivered. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Please provide the order number or other proof of purchase when contacting us.

Return shipping

For an eligible return, we pay the return shipping cost and provide the return method or a prepaid shipping label. Do not send a return before receiving our instructions.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect products

If an order arrives damaged, has missing parts, or contains the wrong product, contact us promptly with the order details and clear photographs so we can review and resolve the issue.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we issue the approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order before dispatch. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after processing has begun, and an order that has shipped cannot always be redirected.
